Metzger, upon graduating from college with an Earth and Space Science Education degree, decided to join the family business as a real estate professional. After 3 successful years as a Realtor, she went back to school to further her real estate knowledge and become a Real Estate Broker. Combining her college degree with her real estate knowledge, she obtained her Real Estate Teaching Certificate, which gave her the ability to teach real estate as a state instructor at a school or university. She was honored as the 2013 Realtor of the Year at the RealSource Board of Realtors from approximately 3,000 members.  Metzger's experience in sales has made her a natural leader of the company.
