ERA Justin Realty's Kristen Davis Teaches Course with Jim Loch

As part of ERA Justin Realty's services to the community, Realtor Salesperson Kristen Davis with the assistance of mortgage lender Jim Loch of Pinnacle Mortgage Co. will offer a course at the Rutherford Adult School, Help Me Purchase and Sell My Home.
Presenting courses for the fifth time, this course is an overview of the current real estate market with information and a Q&A period. Their course will be presented on March 7, 2016, course #227 at Rutherford High School, between 7:00-9:00 PM.
Kristen offered, "People renting often yearn to buy. First time buyers may plan for a larger dream home and empty nesters look to downsize. Our course will help them understand the current area real estate market and their opportunities. We've got their questions and concerns covered."
For the benefit of area residents, the Rutherford Adult School has been offering classes since the 1950's. Classes are held in the spring and fall and encompass the following categories: Arts and Crafts, Computer Technology, Cooking, Exercise & Fitness, Financial Career, Law and Real Estate, Language Arts, Personal Health, Self Improvement, and Special Interest. Jim Loch, a well regarded mortgage professional with Pinnacle Mortgage has served buyers and sellers with mortgage financing for over twenty years. He often teams with ERA Justin Realty to educate buyers and sellers and assist them with their concerns and mortgage needs.
Kristen said, "The current course being presented by Jim and myself in this strong real estate economy includes directions on helping purchase and sell the correct home and factors that drive our economy. When real estate is good, the economy is good and when real estate is slow, sales may be temporarily sluggish.
Attend our seminar and you'll gain insight into the current market and the detailed steps on buying or selling a home. To make this session most informative, Jim Loch of Pinnacle Mortgage has joined with me to provide greater insight, so you can learn the steps before embarking on the journey."
Jim added, "My philosophy is to listen to my customers needs, and respond to those needs efficiently and effectively. I strive to build long-term relationships, so as your lender I will be with you each time changes in your life necessitate a home change. Many lenders can get you a loan. My goal is to get you the right loan."
Kristen concluded, “I am always pleased to offer a complimentary, no-obligation CMA market value report for my friends, neighbors and acquaintances who are considering the sale of their homes, as well as looking forward to working with first time buyers and families transferring to Bergen, Passaic, Hudson and Essex Counties. I get strong satisfaction helping others in their real estate needs, and can honestly say that I give my all to each and every buyer and seller I work with. There really is a difference in Real Estate at our company.”
