I've joined their team of successful agents to cater to your real estate needs, whether selecting a rental apartment or buying or selling a house. I meet and network with many people with the possibility of an introduction to your house and its sale. Networking with large groups expands my abilities to assist you in both your sale or purchase. Further, as an introduction, I'm also in contact with many contractors who purchase with cash or large down payments, a plus to future sellers who may list their properties with me.
After obtaining my license, it was inevitable that I would join the ERA Justin team. Their professionalism and motivation to always do better made them a step above the rest. Then to be at events and outings they organize, I realized that every person associated with them is knowledgeable and uplifting.
When starting a new chapter in life, such as renting your first place, buying a new home, selling a house, or even buying that dream vacation home, it should be an enjoyable time. I believe that these times in your life should be full of excitement, and positivity. I've personally known the stress of making a large purchase and learned that by helping a customer understand the process from start to finish, they can be more at ease with their decisions. By taking the time to discuss every step and making sure people understand as much as possible, it will make room for a few smiles added into their story. I hope to give people hopeful exciting memories.
As the owner of two successful mechanical contracting companies, I've learned many things. I know what it takes to get a job/task done. Deadlines and budgets are nothing new to me, I actually thrive under pressure. Meeting new customers and helping them get what they want, is the best part of my job as a business owner and Realtor.
