ERA Justin Realty, the top residential real estate brokerage in the Rutherford area, recognized its top two producing agents for 2017 and sets its goals for another successful year in 2018.

Julia Dagistanli was ranked as the No. 2 Top Producer for ERA Justin Realty in 2017, producing millions in home sales and approximately 50 closed unit transactions which includes residential, multi-family, commercial and rental properties. Fara Espandi, SFR was recently named the top selling agent in 2017 at ERA Justin Realty Co. Espandi received the honor based on the sales volumes she achieved in 2017. Fara sold over $10 million in home sales and more than 30 units.

To achieve this honor, a Realtor must either produce $6.5 million in home sales and 20 units minimum, or 70 units.

Fara previously won this award at the Silver level in 2001, 2002, 2005, and 2006; and at the Bronze Level in 2000, 2003, 2004, 2007-2010, placing her in the NJR Distinguished Sales Club for 10 years of NJR® Circle of Excellence.
