Kristen Davis, ERA Justin Realty teammate participant for the ERA Circle of Light for Community Leadership Award in honor of the company’s consistent commitment to community service is recognized as a philanthropic leader in the areas they serve. They have a legacy of contributing to its local community, as well as national charitable organizations. The firm through Davis continues to uphold its annual commitment to the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, contributing time and donations. Davis coordinates the event each year, recently completing its third year of participation at Rutherford's Memorial Field with approximately 1,000 area residents, friends, family and other communities who successfully joined together raising donations.

Summer Summit Prepares Real Estate Leaders

Jennifer Darby Metzger co-owner of ERA Justin Realty in Rutherford, New Jersey recently attended ERA Real Estate’s 4^th Annual Young Leaders Network Summer Summit, an elite educational event hosted in Bozeman, Montana as one of the top-performing brokerages within the ERA Real Estate system.

Over the two-day event, Metzger and other members of the ERA Young Leaders Network participated in team-building and motivational exercises during which they exchanged best practices and proven leadership tactics. Each attendee was personally selected for this exclusive networking opportunity by ERA’s senior leadership team, whose decision was based in large part on the management abilities each member has demonstrated at their respective companies.

Metzger was chosen as a member of the Young Leaders Network for her professional achievements. "The Summer Summit gave me and my colleagues the opportunity to network with and learn from the most competitive brokerages in the ERA network," Metzger said. ERA Justin Realty Receives Art from MDA Child

ERA Justin Realty's Operations Manager, Nona Orlando and award winning Realtor Agent, Cathy Vick share the 2015 award art received for fundraising efforts for Muscular Dystrophy and the kids summer camp program. The art by MDA child Reagan Imhoff will be displayed on the MDA wall in their office. Ron Darby, the MDA ERA fundraising chairman for sixteen years thanked the ERA Justin Realty teammates for their wonderful fundraising work for the kids.

For their efforts as Northern New Jersey’s top fundraising ERA real estate office, Darby informed his teammates that the firm was also inducted into the President’s Club, honors shared only by organizations with year-long focus to the Summer Camp For Kids program and fundraising.

Darby, for sixteen years, is also the ERA New Jersey Chairman for MDA and introduced Jennifer Darby Metzger and Albert Rottini for their efforts in leading the team's fundraising efforts for the year. The firm continues to spearhead their efforts for MDA in this lifesaving mission again.
