The RealSource Association of Realtors recently celebrated and inducted members to their 2014 Board of Directors. RealSource Association of Realtors is the professional association serving more than 3,000 Realtor Members throughout northeastern New Jersey (Bergen, Passaic, Hudson Counties). Their primary mission is to provide members access to professional services, extended education/training courses, tools and resources that can help them enhance their careers as Realtors. Additionally, to provide members with the education and resources that will enable them to conduct business ethically and professionally, to be a leading advocate of the real estate industry and to protect private property rights.

RealSource recently inducted Jennifer Darby Metzger as a Director for the association, knowing her achievements and business accomplishments.  She will aid in enhancing services to its members as well as participate in their strategic planning for their members. For the last 18 years Jennifer has focused on Realtor activities and responsibilities including managing her real estate office and serving on numerous leadership task forces. She was also recently honored as the RealSource Association, Realtor of the year and serves as the committee chair for the Young Professional Network.

Darby Metzger is also a New Jersey licensed instructor for new agent licensing. Her ERA real estate public speaking topics at conferences and meetings include building a substantial office, establishing strong client communication, creating smooth transactions, building ethically driven best business practices and trust, all needed for strong success.
