After being invited to speak at a recent Realtor business conference attended by thousands of brokers and agents throughout the tri-state area, his impact was very positively received. ERA Justin Realty Brokers, Ron Darby, Jennifer Darby Metzger and Carol Darby attended the December 2012 regional Realtor business conference with a group of their Realtor professionals.  Attending with them was Adrian Tridel, Denise Leonessa, Cathy Vick, Wayne Kubs, Glenn Elliot and Allyson Kubs.

The New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania associations of Realtors joined together to build referral bases, develop new success strategies and discover innovative tools for Realtors to serve the needs of their buyers and sellers in their local marketing areas.

Members of the ERA Justin Realty listing and sales team completed days of intense training, educational seminars and learning new and updated laws governing real estate relationships to properly serve the needs of their buyers and sellers.
